First of all, this Theater Terrace apartment is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. It’s new and everything is updated. The appliances are good quality and I’m actually enjoying cooking again. The amenities are comprehensive and dog friendly. So if you have a fur baby, this is the place for you.
Secondly, the landlord, Misty, is so nice and has been very accommodating. She responded to a question on her day off which was greatly appreciated. The maintenance man, Tito, is quite responsive. He answered a question for me when he was on vacation.
The location is perfect-close to restaurants and the lake. I honestly couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Theater Terrace Apartments.

Lake Terrace Apartments is the best apartment we have ever rented. The rooms are big, and the view of the lake makes this place amazing. It is very close to the lake and the garden. Come to rent apartments here, and you will never regret it. The best decision we ever made.

Moved into Theater Terrace in April and I love it! The building staff is very responsive to any issues that have come up. The building itself is also brand new and beautiful. Perfect location within walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants. I am definitely planning to stay a resident here for awhile!

Lake Terrace is a true meaning of modern convenience in an unbeatable location. Very luxurious new apartment with great layout, amenities and perfect kitchen! The 5-minute walk to Lake Michigan is therapeutic. I love where I live, and I totally recommend living in Lake Terrace!

I was relocating from the Seattle area to Kenosha. Needless to say, I was not disappointed! It's just 400ft from Lake Michigan with great sights and restaurants abound. A great manager and the best apartment I've ever rented.

I moved to Kenosha and moved in to Lake Terrace apartments on the 1st of July. Ever since moving in everything has been phenomenal from the apartment, the view, the staff, etc. The apartments are state of the art with all the high-end appliances. The security to the apartments is top notch as well as you need a fob to access not only your apartment itself but the building and elevator too. In addition, they have an enclosed, private garage below the building which is amazing and will be very beneficial come the winter. They also have a sundeck with grills for you to invite friends over and hangout. Come be my neighbor!

It’s new, it’s close to the lake, they have EV chargers in the parking garages. There is a community room downstairs along with a gym and big lobby, the second floor has a large terrace with two grills and lots of seating, and each unit has a small patio. Aside from the nice amenities the management company has been really helpful so far as well.

Honestly the best apartment we’ve ever had. It is a keyless entry system throughout so you have a fob to access all doors, including your apartment, and the elevator. We are so glad that we chose Lake Terrace!!
